About the role:
We are seeking a Day Spa Receptionist to join our team at Sunnymead and our award-winning day spa, Indie! Your role will involve delivering warm and friendly service to our guests, carrying out day-to-day operational duties within our day spa and assisting our therapists and reception staff.

Typical duties: ​​

Meeting and greeting spa clients

Assisting spa therapists in their daily roles

Cleaning the day spa and wet room areas

Mixing cocktails

Running laundry
-
Making hotel and spa bookings
-
Assisting hotel guests with check-in and check-out
-
Responding to phone and email enquiries

Knowledge in RMS and Zenoti software an advantage
