Janet Walter
Facilitator, Coach and Host
Janet helps grow inspired, capable and well-connected visionaries who are prepared for leadership challenges and opportunities.
For more than a decade she has helped clients achieve strategic aims working on needs such as: leadership capability; talent engagement; organisational, leadership development, team performance; and strategic transformation.
She develops leaders in a range of sectors, with clients including Deloitte, Siemens, GMHBA, ANZ, CSIRO and NAB.
Tom Walter
Adventure Guide and Host

Tom brings more than 20 years of experience as an educator and adventure guide in a wide variety of wilderness environments.
He has years of adventure travel all over the world climbing, ski-touring, cycling, paddling and hiking.
Tom plays a key role curating outdoor experiences where teams get to explore putting leadership theories into practice. This has an immediate impact as participants understand how easily transferable these new leadership skills are back into the workplace.
